  • All services are subject to availability of technicians, spare parts, and the customer’s location.

2. Service Charges & Payments

  • Charges vary based on the model, type of fault, and spare parts required.
  • A minimum inspection fee may apply, even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.
  • Payments must be made in full upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Spare Parts & Warranty

  • We use genuine or equivalent high-quality spare parts depending on availability.
  • Warranty, if any, on parts or service will be explicitly mentioned on the invoice.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling, power fluctuations, or liquid damage.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information about the TV model, fault, and prior repair history.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper power supply and safe environment for the repair process.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Vishal Service Center shall not be held liable for any data loss, stored content loss, or pre-existing damage to the device.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Service requests can be canceled before technician arrival.
  • Inspection charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for repairs or parts will only be processed in cases where the service or part fails within the applicable warranty period.

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse the content, policies, or practices of external sites.

8. Modifications
